We are a 100% UCLA student-run real estate investment fund that focuses on investing in single-family homes within high cash flow markets across the United States. Managed by a dedicated team of five UCLA students, JAMR Partners combines a deep passion for real estate with a commitment to delivering strong returns for our investors. Our strategy is centered on identifying and acquiring properties in markets that offer robust cash flow potential, ensuring that our investments consistently generate attractive returns.

OUR TEAM
ayush saha
Ayush graduated from UCLA in 2024 with a degree in Economics. He has founded and successfully managed a real estate wholesaling company, as well as his own photography business. Ayush has also gained valuable industry experience as a Disposition Agent at New Western, a leading real estate investment firm specializing in off-market properties.
ryan kiernan
Ryan Kiernan is a senior at UCLA majoring in Business Economics. His experience spans across investment banking and private equity, having served as a Summer Analyst at both MUFG and Stifel, as well as gaining valuable private equity experience at Arrowroot Capital Management. These roles have equipped Ryan with deep expertise in financial analysis, deal execution, and strategic investment decisions.
jake santaniello
Jake Santaniello, a senior at UCLA majoring in Business Economics, is an entrepreneur with experience in e-commerce, strategy consulting, and real estate investing. He owns multiple rental units and has successfully launched numerous CPG e-commerce businesses and social media ventures. After serving as a Summer Associate at BCG, Jake will return as a full-time Associate in 2025.
max santaniello
Max Santaniello is a senior at UCLA majoring in Biology. He is an entrepreneur with experience in e-commerce and real estate investing. Max personally owns multiple rental units and has successfully launched countless CPG e-commerce businesses and social media enterprises throughout his life. Additionally, he has experience as a research intern at Cedars Sinai.
Jonathan chen
Jonathan Chen graduated from UCLA in 2024 with a degree in Business Economics. He brings a strong background in finance, having gained valuable experience in capital markets at Walker & Dunlop. More recently, Jonathan completed a summer internship at Tesla in Finance and Operations, where he will be returning full-time.
